Use Your Skull For Healing

For healing work, crystal skulls can act as energetic conduits or amplifiers. You can place the skull near the area of the body that needs attention or use it to help channel energy during Reiki, chakra balancing, or other healing modalities. Some people prefer to work with a specific type of crystal (like amethyst for emotional healing or black obsidian for grounding) based on the nature of the issue. You can also place the skull on your altar or healing table to hold space and raise the vibrational frequency of the environment. Speak your intention clearly, either silently or aloud, and trust that the skull is working with you. Over time, your skull may develop a unique energy signature and feel like a trusted ally, offering subtle but meaningful support during your spiritual and healing practices.

Use Your Skull For Energy Work

Using a crystal skull for energy work can enhance focus, amplify intention, and deepen your connection to subtle energies. Crystal skulls act like energetic beacons or amplifiers—much like a tuning fork aligns frequencies, a crystal skull can help you align your own energy or that of a space, person, or intention. Whether you’re working with Reiki, chakra alignment, gridwork, or light-body activation, the skull can serve as a powerful intermediary bridging your consciousness with higher realms and ancient intelligence.

To use a crystal skull in energy work, begin by attuning to its vibration. Hold it in your hands, close your eyes, and invite the skull to work with you. Speak your intention aloud or mentally, and ask for guidance or energetic support. During a session, you can place the skull near the client’s body (or your own), particularly near the third eye, crown, or heart chakras, where spiritual integration often occurs. You might also incorporate the skull into a crystal grid to anchor specific frequencies or amplify the work you’re doing.

Many practitioners report that skulls seem to “activate” during energy sessions—feeling warm, pulsing, or energetically alive, especially when the intention is clear and the space is prepared. Over time, you may develop a co-creative relationship with the skull, where its presence becomes an integral part of your energetic practice.
